We are happy to have Meg join the "People Need Friends" family. She is a longtime neighbor but new volunteer.

People are called to service in many ways and for many reasons. The DPD is a wonderful place to experience 'giving back.'

Day in and day out, often times behind the scenes, the members of “People Need Friends” are busy about the business of enhancing the quality of life for so many. Through the gift of time and individualized attention our volunteers remind and reinforce the dignity and worth of each person.
