Brigida is the Program Assistant at Calabrese House.  Since day one she has made Calabrese feel more like a home and she brings that pleasant atmosphere to all of the staff and residents.  Brigida has the heart of a true servant and does not hesitate to let people know that they are cared for and that they are important.  She is compassionate and selfless; always thinking about the needs of the other person.  Brigida is an important part of the "Thanks Program" that honors the staff at the program level with appreciation.  She is a hard worker and takes initiative. You never have to ask her for help because when she sees something that needs to be done, she does it.  Each day she brings the mission of the DPD to life in the way she treats all people with respect, dignity and kindness.
