Kris has been a godsend for everyone with the implementation of FOOTHOLD and the many changes that has brought. Her reassurance and willingness to help in every way has made it possible to transition without excessive stress and worry for staff. She has a way of taking the seemingly complex and breaking it down into “Fun Facts” and easy to follow procedures to the point that people are actually enjoying using FOOTHOLD which is not something anyone was expecting
Saint Benedict said “Listen and attend with the ear of your heart.”
There is no better way to describe how Kris has managed to successfully help DPD achieved good results as it transitions into the FOOTHOLD system. She is a treasure in our DPD family.We are very grateful for all you do.
