Foothold has completed an update we requested and we can now print out reports by consumer. Please be sure that all of your medications are up to date in the system because you will now have the ability to print the medication report and attach it to the monthly report rather than entering each of the changes. I have created an updated version of the report which will take effect June 1 ^st. I will create updated instructions for Version 3 of the Monthly Report which will be in your boxes soon.

Some things to note:

• The report will display as one report on your screen, but will print as separate pages for each person.
• Because the report is run after the first of the month, we had to make it look for start and end dates on a two month basis. This means that you may find changes from prior to the previous month. Simply don’t include those pages in your reports, and check off, “no” under “were there any medication changes this month”.
