Good news! Foothold was able to assist with adjusting the report of medication changes which is attached to the Monthly Report. It will now only show the medications which start or end that month rather than the two month report which was originally displaying. You will notice that there is a separate report in the dropdown for each report month. I will put the new instruction pages in your mailboxes. Please put the newest version in your Foothold Binders so that you will have the current instructions for the May monthly report.

Is everyone using the new IHP form? Please remember to use “IHP” not “DDD IHP” going forward.

This week I also learned that Foothold would like us to use “Service Plan Review” for each IHP year and that it would only be a “Plan Amendment” if we are changing the plan prior to the end of the IHP year (Modifications only).

Also, you will want to leave all objectives as “continued” until AFTER you’ve completed your fourth “Quarterly Review” or “Annual CQI” as we know it. Once they are “expressly discontinued” in Foothold, only a Foothold programmer can reactivate them.
