Vivian is very dedicated to DPD and the Wallace House family.  She is always willing to go above and beyond to get done whatever is scheduled for any given day.  She is very flexible with her schedule, be it coming in early, staying late, changing her day off, etc.  Vivian also takes care of the majority of the medical appointments and is always very thorough and makes sure all important information is given to the doctor and then brought back to the group home so it can be relayed to all staff.  She has a genuine affection for all the residents and they are always happy to see her.  Over the last year as Wallace House experienced a lot of changes, Vivian was always there for all residents and staff helping them through some difficult times.
