Frank comes to work with a positive attitude each day. He is always willing to go above and beyond when something needs to be done at the Gruenert Center. He doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty, and he is quick to offer when a staff needs help.

When the clients are in the building Frank will include them in the task or on an outing, such as shopping or taking the vans for maintenance. Frank is very patient with our clients while working on complex activities with them, such as using tools and practicing money skills. He is also able to work in difficult situations if they arise.

Frank is a very important part of our team. He is a calming influence on us all and a great asset to the Gruenert Center.
