Kelly is a very kind and thoughtful person. When her friends at the Wallace House are feeling “down” for any reason, she tries to cheer them up with her quick sense of humor. She is also very protective of those who she considers her friends. Kelly has worked hard this past year on trying to increase her independence in tasks and personal responsibilities. Nothing puts a smile on her face like a party. Recently, however, she has grown a lot and learned that in addition to the “fun” stuff, there are also responsibilities that we all have to take care of. Kelly is very spiritual and uses her faith to get through the difficult things in life. She is the first one to offer a prayer is someone is upset or ill. Kelly is well deserving of this recognition and we would like to congratulate her on her accomplishments.
